I totally recommend Roof Professionals for honest roof repairs.They use a Drone to circle over roof to identify the leak problem on the Roof. Following the repairs , the Drone is used again to hover over roof, to confirms the repair work done there, and then forward the video to the customer before payment.

Fantastic job. Wesley was really good at communication, which meant that the job was started and finished much quicker than we had imagined. As a landlord, this was ultra-important. Received regular photos/videos to keep us updated. And the bonus was that it was a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

All quick to communicate and respond 'til he gets the money, then communication is shoddy and a string of false promises. I booked this firm to repair my roof which started in May 2025 and 5 months later, after a very long succession of prompts for action, I'm still waiting for them to complete the job by clearing debris they left behind. Dates were given to me for various action from the work to start and to finish and again and again there would often be no show, nor even any word of acknowledgement; It was always me having to chase for communication. When eventually I did get responses there were always a string of excuses and apologies followed by empty words of promises for dates of action which again passed with no show, nor any word. Even a simple, yet very important, task such as forwarding me a receipt for payment I had to ask for 3 times. As I can see from other negative reviews I won't be surprised if Wesley responds with a defence that's not true. He is simply a liar.

Happy his came out himself and was really nice about everything and sorted stuff out with his guys on the job thank you…but again still leaking on corner gutter and drain pipe on the side of bungalow looking like we need to sort this out ourselves can’t keep calling him as he get funny out it should be a easy job we are still having problems with the gutters leaking down the side of the bungalow really need to come out and sort this out ASAP I’m asking you to sort this out please this will ruin the bungalow I will get a second opinion on the work you have done I would love to give you 4 stars if you get this right but every time there is a problem the guttering has never been resolved put 4 stars for now as they’re coming out again to sort this fingers crossed 🤞

Edit - did not repair !! Only called when review was left. trying to get them round for a repair last week and all of this week 16/2/2026 They said not to get anybody else as the 'warranty will be void' but they are not turning up themselves. The wall is wet, rainwater is dripping constantly onto lower levels and you can see it needs putting back and brackets. After 3 months this has failed. I have a string of txt's of coming tomorrow and then another day and then can't make it today. Apparently the weather doesn't help! but they have been working this week and can't make it round. No work is under warranty if they don't turn up to fix it. Be careful how much money you give them as no work is under guarantee when its a fob off of excuses all week.

Issues finally seem to have been sorted, but it has took nearly a year, with lots of chasing, to get things completed.

Really quick service and turnaround. Friendly team who got the job done very efficiently.
