Alan Thank you for your feedback . As a small Company we take great pride in our customers and work competed so much so we have hundreds of happy customers . Each review posted by customers is a chance for customers to provide their experience , if a customer hasn’t left feedback this is because we haven’t competed work as of yet or a customer no longer requires work . By law each customer is entitled to a 14 day calling off period to cancel if they change their mind . Feedback can only be removed at the request of a customer not a trader - which means if a trader has come to an agreement to resolve issues and then a customer is happy with this agreement then feedback can only be removed by the customer to show they are happy with the outcome. In regards to skip hire ( and independent skip company work on their own collection schedules which we have no control over so delays may occur in collection . In regards to re roofing debris that damaged a tile on your extension roof ( we competed a complete re roof on this area after being made aware . You’ve now received your 25 year warranty a main new roof and extension new roof that looks brilliant, yes teething issues with skips beyond our control and your warranty docs took longer than expected due to a high demand but the results look brilliant. Myself and my staff have taken all Comments on board and thank you for this .
