Did a good job of replacing my roof. Hard-working, on time, committed and efficient. Polite and excellent communication with Wesley. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Wesley was very prompt on replying to my job request from the very beginning. Overall our experience was very, very good. From the people who put up & took down the scaffolding to the lads who did the roof repair I can only say they were all very professional, diligent and carried out the job to our expectations. The 3 days they were here absolutely poured with rain but they continued to work non stop on days where the light was really failing by 15:00. Wesley himself was always very polite and mostly always responded pretty quickly to my texts. I would say the only thing that could be improved with the company is contact with the customer to let them know of any delays or problems. I don't like having to chase people up. Overall though I would thoroughly recommend Roof Professionals to friends. Much appreciated Angela and Gordon

Firstly didn’t turn up then when he did I was told I needed scaffolding, why didn’t he tell me that when he came to my house to do original quote? He then wanted to charge me over 3 times my original quote! Not happy with lack of communication and the end outcome!

A smooth operation - less than 24 hours from quotation to completion. Friendly and efficient team. Job satisfactory as far as one can tell from ground level. Recommended.

Did what they said they would when they said they would!

Thankyou Wesley and yr team for a quick response and action on my leaking roof . As far as I know all is well as my property is rental and I havent actually been given access to see yr work but I havent had any feedback from my tenants . So thankyou all is good.

Wesley, and team were very professional and responsive in repairing leaking roof and repointing of Chimney Stack. A week later there was another unrelated to the original problem but they also repaired this at no charge and quote was very competitive will have more works to do to complete the job at a later date however I have no hesitation in recommending Wesley very polite and friendly guy. Happy with everything
