After taking measurements, Ron brought a completely different colour carpet to what he was supposed to match. I then gave them a sample to make it easy. They later said there is nothing they could do and did not complete the job after removing the old carpet. I felt they could have procured the same carpet or close match from a 3rd party vendor but could not be asked to. He also left my child’s room with hazards of sharps exposed nails which caused injury the next day. Communication was rather exceptionally poor and shows a lack of professionalism from the company/woman handling their business calls. I will certainly not use this company again. NB: I have hired someone else to complete the job at about £200 cheaper. So they over charged and didn’t do the job and caused injuries.

The men who did the job were very professional and having discovered that another layer was needed, they told me when they could come back and finish the job. They did exactly as they told me. They arrived at the time they had said they would. They finished and cleared up the bits and pieces and left, having done a thoroughly good job. I am very pleased.

They fitted our new carpet. The job was well done. The communication was always very good, they would quickly reply to my messages. They also did the skirting in 2 bedrooms and we ended up having to cut 2 of the doors otherwise they wouldn't close, which they did for us as well at no extra cost. I would recommend this company.
