    Soil vent through roof
    No messing ! Just what you want from a contractor. Straight in, job efficiently carried out. Excellent price. Would highly recommend.

    chimney stack remove/repair
    work carried out from start to finish was excellent the repairs was way above what i had expected and very happy with the price have already recommended to a family member hire RL roofing without a worry.will certainly use again

    Roof tile - source and fix
    The service given was second to none. Rob contacted me by text within an hour of requesting the job to replace a missing tile (it was late evening so find' t expect to hear anything. He came out next day... job sorted and at a competitive price. Will definitely use Rob again

    Bay window re-roof

    My old bay window roof was looking very tired (tiles missing, aged) so I decided to replace. In addition I suspected there was no insulation in the roof cavity. To make matters worse, my house is pebbledashed with the old flashing (which had split) umderneath the pebbledash. Rob came to quote and arrived when he said he would, and gave us samples to look at. Very pleased with the finished job, very professionally done, and good lines of communication throughout - would recommend.

    Roof replacement & maybe some other bits!

    Rob Came to give a quote as we were told ( by another tradesman) our flat roofing on our newly bought house was past its best. Rob was honest and said it did not need replacing and the roofing was quite new! Thanks rob, you've saved us a small fortune! If we ever needed any roofing work doing, we'll come straight to you!

    kitchen extension and bay window to be re roofed

    Job completed on time, to a very good standard, happy with the end finish however need to work on customer service. Should not threaten customers, or accuse them of ripping you off, or kick off with other tradesman working on the job if the customer does not answer there phone due to bad signal. I paid as I promised. no need for all the abuse

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I was unable to complete this work after quoting as my workload had increased. So I didn't let Mr Russell down I tracked a colleague of mine down to complete the work which all parties agreed this was the way forward. An agreement was made that payment would be made ON COMPLETION to me and I would pass this to my colleague as the property in question was empty and Mr Russell lives at another property quite a few miles away. Once the work was completed I tried to contact Mr Russell so payment could be made. I tried many times but at no time did he answer his phone. It was more than 1 week later when Mr Russell finally got in touch with me and said he had been on holiday.

    Lead flashing to chimney?
