Rick arrived on the Monday after a few messages and confirmed the issue we had with the shower. He quoted a fair price for replacing the shower and labour. He then came the following day to install the new shower, he was there on time and was polite, completed in the time frame and a clean and tidy worker. Would highly recommend Rick for any plumbing jobs.

Ricky responded to my post quickly, told me a price and agreed a time to visit. Texted to say he would be a bit late. Tried to fix the problem but decided I needed a new tap. Advised on type of tap system and best place to find it. Agreed a day/time to install the new taps. Work carried out efficiently and tidily. Ricky has a very pleasant manner, good communication and good workmanship and I would certainly recommend and use him again.
