We had a reroof with Terry, he arrived on time and gave us a clear quote within a few days. We were booked in for the following month. He and his colleagues arrived on time, you could see they worked hard on getting it done to a high standard. I look forward to not having a leaky house in the winter now!

The job we needed doing was a six panel polycarbonate roof ,above our utility room and a passageway. Terry arrived to quote for the job exactly on time and I found him a really nice person to converse with. Out of six people who viewed the job only three actually bothered to send in quotes which ranged considerably in price. Although Terry’s quote was not the cheapest I felt confident he could do a satisfactory job. He predicted the job would take two days with three people working but arrived with five and they worked really hard and managed to finish the job in the one day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry to do a good and honest job.

Terry and his colleague capped closed 2 chimneys and fitted vents in the chimney stacks in the loft. Terry communicated well throughout, he uses a formal quotation and invoice app, the work was done without fuss and everything was left in a clean and tidy condition. He and his colleague were polite and friendly. I would recommend Ridgeline Roofing.

Several from MyBuilder expressed interest in this job, made appointments to visit and quote but failed to turn up. Terry from Ridgeline Roofing was totally different. He made appointment, turned up when he said he would, spent almost an hour assessing cause of problem taking photos from loft space and on roof, sent written detailed quote same day, and has now completed the job to a high standard. Straightforward,reliable and competent. I can thoroughly recommend him.

I highly recommend Terry and the team, they recently replaced our entire roof. They were friendly and communicative from the start, left the whole site tidy each day and worked in to the dark to make sure everything was done to a high standard. They showed us photos throughout, talking through the process to ensure we were satisfied. Can’t recommend enough!
