Great communication and a great job well done

Good work finished promptly

Initially the job was focused on replacing the felt at the front of the house but given the roof is over 80 years old, Ridgeline also pointed out the felt on the rear elevation was coming to the end of its life and should be replaced. As the work progressed other deficiencies in the roof became apparent (as they always do, often wear and tear is not visble until you get really close) and ridgeline always kept us informed as to the best way to fix it and how much each job was. In addition we had other contractors, who removed and replaced out solar panels, and ridgeline liased with them to ensure the whole sequence of work went smoothly. We are happy with their quality of work and they charged us a fair price for the work done. we would happily recommended them to anyone wanting similar work done.

This is an excellent business, and I highly recommend them. I had a very large, second-storey box bay window repaired and repainted. Several unforeseen issues arose, but these were dealt with without fuss and at no extra charge. Work was completed promptly and quote was accurate and reasonable. Builders were professional and polite, leaving no mess whatsoever.

Terry and Kyle were quick to come out and assist us with a precarious barge board, saving us potentially having to pay for scaffolding. Communication was great throughout and would recommend! Thanks guys

Really professional job. Terry went above and beyond to replace our previously bodged fibreglass job. We had some rain along the way that did unfortunately get into the house since the roof was not yet watertight but Terry and his team did their best to resolve all the issues. They were polite, professional and thorough, and have left us with a high-quality finish and a *much* better roof than before. They worked with us to ensure that all of our concerns about pooling, drainage, skylight pitch etc were fully addressed by their work. Highly recommend.

Terry and his team replaced our entire roof, guttering and repaired fascia and covered with dry verge. Throughout the job we were provided with updates including photos of work completed. The team are reliable, professional, polite and respectful. They clean up as they go and on completion left the premises spotless. They did a great job, the roof looks fantastic. Would highly recommend.
