Rich did an excellent job for a very reasonable price, including his quotes for the extras I came up with (e.g. a solar tube). He kept me informed of progress and any problems, and the job was finished on time, and he cleaned up very well after him. Very pleased, and would recommend him to anyone.

This job was larger than your average flat roof. Rich did a good job and always kept us informed on progress. Worked around the awful weather we had. Price was good, and cleared up when job was done. Easy person to deal with. Would recommend.

Our bungalow roof had seen better days and extreme weather was causing water to enter the property in 2 separate locations. Rich offered a repair but after discussing options with him, we decided to bite the bullet & get the whole roof done. Final job therefore involved stripping old tiles, battens and felt, replacing with new tiles, membrane and battens as well as repointing (and squirrel-proofing) a chimney and fitting a large Velux + rectifying a fault on an existing extension roof. Rich's communication and courtesy was very good at all stages and although the work was slightly delayed through circumstances beyond his control, Rich endeavoured to complete the work to time and cost. Any extra cost over and above the agreed quote for additional work was fair and explained clearly. By the time the work was completed, even our dog had grown to accept his presence around the house. On the basis of my experience, I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Rich for his friendly and professional approach and fair pricing and would be happy to use his services again for any property maintenance needs. Give him a try !
