RJP Roofing and Maintenance reviews (239)

Richard gave a very reasonable quote, came when he said he would, worked quickly and tidily and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Rich re-roofed our Victorian terrace house in March 2013, and we were very impressed with his work. Rich listened to our specific needs and concerns and met each of them without having to be reminded, something the other roofers who quoted were unable to do. Rich began our job promptly and, most impressively, kept us informed at every step regarding the days they would be working and the way the job was progressing. Rich maintained a tidy work site at all times and cleaned up thoroughly and quickly once the job was finished. Rich and his partner were pleasant, non-intrusive and friendly at all times. He also managed to have the scaffolding up for the minimum period possible. We have no hesitation in recommending Rich for any roofing work.

Rich was prompt, efficient and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend him. We are really pleased with his work.

Rich did an excellent job for a very reasonable price, including his quotes for the extras I came up with (e.g. a solar tube). He kept me informed of progress and any problems, and the job was finished on time, and he cleaned up very well after him. Very pleased, and would recommend him to anyone.

Thankyou Richard for doing a great job, Richard came when he promised and did a good job at a great price. He was polite and did an extra job for me no problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is having problems with their roof, he knows his work and he does it well, thanks again.

Good job, good price.

Pleasure to deal with Richard. Came promptly and gave us excellent price on job. Gave us speedy date and time to do work. Came and did job at quoted date and time. Very professional in all respects, a delight to do business with. Well done!

This job was larger than your average flat roof. Rich did a good job and always kept us informed on progress. Worked around the awful weather we had. Price was good, and cleared up when job was done. Easy person to deal with. Would recommend.

Our bungalow roof had seen better days and extreme weather was causing water to enter the property in 2 separate locations. Rich offered a repair but after discussing options with him, we decided to bite the bullet & get the whole roof done. Final job therefore involved stripping old tiles, battens and felt, replacing with new tiles, membrane and battens as well as repointing (and squirrel-proofing) a chimney and fitting a large Velux + rectifying a fault on an existing extension roof. Rich's communication and courtesy was very good at all stages and although the work was slightly delayed through circumstances beyond his control, Rich endeavoured to complete the work to time and cost. Any extra cost over and above the agreed quote for additional work was fair and explained clearly. By the time the work was completed, even our dog had grown to accept his presence around the house. On the basis of my experience, I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Rich for his friendly and professional approach and fair pricing and would be happy to use his services again for any property maintenance needs. Give him a try !

Rich did a really good job. Great communication, prompt and friendly service. Would definetely use again
