Excellent and tidy work from Richard, job done quickly and he kept us updated on when he was arriving. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I hired Richard to do a reroof last year and was initially happy - left him a glowing review. Unfortunately, a couple of months afterwards the roof started leaking. I asked Richard to rectify it and he did come to inspect twice but both times told me that the leak has nothing do to with his work (there was no leaks before he undertook the job) and finding all sorts of excuses for the issues. The leak continues. I posted the photos on several roofing forums as well as asked several experienced roofers to diagnose the issue. All of them concluded that the quality of workmanship is very poor, some incorrect materials have been used and best practices have not been followed. I am absolutely gutted. I'm now facing the prospect of having to have most of the work redone and footing a massive bill again to rectify the issues introduced by this reroof.

Punctual. Kept me informed through whole job. Reliable and reasonably priced. Ticked all boxes we expected. Highly recommended. It was pleasure to deal with.

Great communication and inspection of chimney/roof. We agreed I would monitor the damp issue and get back to him if it worsened as there’s a possibility it’s a historic stain rather than new leaks. So refreshing to have an obviously honest tradesperson advise me. I will definitely be contacting Rich for future roofing issues when they arise.
