HIRED KRISTIAN MID MAY TO INSTALL MY CENTRAL HEATING STARTING 22 JULY.BOOKED A HOLIDAY SO I WOULD BE AWAY WHILE THE WORK WAS TAKING PLACE.CONTACTED HIM ON MORNING OF 20TH JULY NO REPLY.CONTACTED HIM ON NIGHT OF 20TH HE REPLIED HE WOULD BE STARTING ON THE 22ND.DELAYED LEAVING TO GO AWAY ON THE 22ND BUT HE NEVER ARRIVED.PHONED HIM NO REPLY.LEFT HOUSE TO GO AWAY AT 11AM.RETURED MY CALL AT 11.30 TO SAY HE WOULD NOT BE DOING THE WORK AS HE HAD LOST ALL HIS PHONE DATA WEEKS EARLIER AND AS I HAD NOT CONTACTED HIM 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE WORK WAS DUE TO START HE ASSUMED I HAD WENT ELSEWHERE.IF HE HAD LET ME KNOW SOONER I MIGHT HAVE GOT SOMEONE ELSE WHILE I WAS AWAY.

Kristian did a great job! He even noticed some dangerous stuff that we were unaware of and sorted the problem for us. We will definitely be using him again in the future.
