    Repair of wall plug and installation of smoke alarm
    Excellent - the job was well done, he was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Prices were competitive too! All round a great job! Would hire again. Thanks!

    Checking light fitting and fitting cooker hood
    Really happy we hired Richard. Did the job (which turned out to be more complicated) in a good time and at a competitive price. Answered all queries we had and made changes as we needed. Happy we have found someone reliable in the area!

    Removal of light switches & installation of new ones
    Richard was a nice guy but unfortunately I can't recommend him. This is because when we needed further work doing and we got quotes from some other electricians all of them were concerned about the quality of Richard's work and said that it wasn't safe. I know you have to take feedback from competitors with a pinch of salt, but once they'd highlighted the errors you could see the work wasn't up to scratch. What's more, the electricians we hired for the rest of the work had to re-do some of Richard's work just to stop the new fuse board tripping. In addition to this Richard also wasn't able to get a light working and said it wasn't possible to fix it without a lot of work. However, the electrician we hired to finish the work got it sorted within about 20 minutes of arriving on site. In the end Richard's prices were also the highest of any of the electricians we hired too.

    First of all thank you for your feedback, if someone else says something like that could mean they want to make money off you, new fuseboard tripping because you had an old one... and wasn’t tripping while I was there and after so can’t see what’s the issue with my work. If you were thinking that my prices are too high shouldn’t hire me( gave you the quote upfront) so you don’t write these kind of feedback just because my prices were hire then others. Your feedback mostly is based on my pricing I work very hard to keep prices down to a competitive rate, again if you were thinking that my prices are too high should just let me know. Also had no text call or anything saying that you not happy with my work or if there is an issue I’m sure would rectify if there is a problem but I didn’t know what was it... as you not contacted me at all.     Check wiring of oven and possibly add new
    Great job, Richard was on time (actually early), described what he was doing as he went along, gave great advice and completed the job in a quick and professional manor. He even took the old oven to the garage for me. Would definitely use again.

    Installation of electric cooker
    Richard arrived on time, completed the work quickly and diligently and was very polite and considerate. He also gave some advice on another electrical matter in the Flat which was very helpful and kind. Would recommend and certainly use again for future jobs.

    Relocate Plug Socket & Light Switch.
    Very professional, polite and competent worker. Did a very good job for me and I will use him again. He was on time, charged a fair price and took his time to ensure the job was done properly and safely.
