Review left on 16 Apr 2018Rating: 3 out of 5Electric mains check(Updated on 21 Apr 2018)Fitted a mains for the living room heater and a double plug socket. Job was done, but did not clean up after himself. I also needed the power shower fixed which he couldn't do, so he brought in someone else. Richard said I'll need a new shower which I bought only later to find out that the problem wasn't the shower but the external power switch. Its not a problem that I had to buy a new shower as the current one was old. It's that he had left the other guy to do the the job from around 2pm till 8pm on a Friday and wasted my whole day. He came back on the Monday to fix the shower again with another guy and that's when he realised the the problem wasn't the shower but the switch. Once again he did not clean up after himself and had the cheek to ask for more money. Someone needs to tell him when you use someone's toilet you must clean it afterwards.Answer from tradesperson:
Hi done the spur what you originally wanted to do, when finished the job you wanted me to put the socket which was hanging from the wall back for free when I told you how much it will be you just looked at me expecting do it for free when it was an hour extra work. Shower upstairs it was some difficulties to do the works required extra plumbing to do why I called a plumber in to help you out although saw the job it will take long time to do and loads of hassle, could tell you I’m not doing it but I tried not letting you down even though wont make any money out of this. I made so many trips to Screwfix so you don’t have to do anything that’s I feel very disappointed of your feedback when I went over the top making even no profit helping you out. Cleaning I did clean up although it was a mess in the living room already by other tradesmen and upstairs I did clean up after the works having pictures taken before and after the work just for my record. Once again I feel very disappointed about this feedback. Thanks Richard
