A top contractor. Quick, reliable and knows his stuff. Does not try rip you off and actually went over and above what he said he would do. We will be using again when we have something else in the area. Property managers ideal contractor.

Started out great but then disappeared mid job so never got finished

I’m leaving another review unfortunately this time it’s not good. Came to fix a water leak from the overflow pipe of my elderly mums boiler. Said that he’d fixed it so paid him thinking the job was sorted. However a month later and the water is still leaking from the overflow pipe and my mum has to go out in the cold to empty buckets of water coming from the overflow at least 3/4 times a day. In that time Jon said that he had order parts and would come over once they had arrived. I’ve sent messages and called several times to find out if the parts have arrived and when he’ll be coming back to fix the job and I’ve had nothing back apart from silence!! We have been patient and kind but he has just taken the money and ran. It’s such a shame as he came across as a really nice guy. All he had to say was that he couldn’t fix it. Don’t trust this man and I would not recommend!

as I was doing diy and drilling into a gas pipe got in touch through my builder Jon was the only one to reply came out within 3 hrs job done to a very high standard very good price he also sorted my gas hob aswell will be using Jon again thanks again for a great job
