Wow! Fantastic, marvelous, stupendous etc. I run out of superlatives when describing the quality of the work that Robert has done for us. To start with, his quote was precise and detailed. He also provided some advice on materials for our floor and also gave us a clear indication of how long it would take and what would be involved. In my opinion, 2 days for removal and disposal of our carpet and then fitting >60sqm of wood flooring was very speedy work indeed (not that this was at the expense of a quality and professional fit)! They worked very cleanly and asked the right questions about how exactly we wanted the floor fitted and when certain unforeseen circumstances came about, Robert was clear in explaining the issues and the choices we had. Robert seems to have all the tools he need to do the job to the highest standard and he cleaned up properly before he left too. I will definitely recommend Chafford Flooring to all my friends and would advise any "Mybuilder" users to give his quotes some serious consideration. Thanks Rob!

He arrived on time, very polite, did the job brilliantly. Very quick and very tidy, have already ask for a quote for a further job. He was the only one who quoted for the job who is specifically a floor fitter. Other people applied who had really good references but not for floor fitting. Would definately hire again

Rob did an amazing job at laying our new laminate flooring - he was quick, tidy, professional & 100% honest. He's a really nice & trustworthy guy, who does a great job, & as such, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. 100% happy.

Rob was extremely professional and helpful before he even started the job collecting materials for me etc. He called the day before the job to confirm and turned up with all the professional kit and and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Cleaned up afterwards too. Would highly recommend and definitely would use him again.

Rob was very professional and hard working. When the installation began, it became apparent that the floor was uneven so he screeded it and we had to postpone to a later date. He subsequently came and installed the flooring in one day, working until early evening to get it completed. The quality of the work appears to be very good (although the floor is still slightly uneven so only time will tell how it holds up). Would recommend Rob for any flooring work.

Simply the best. Every aspect of the job of laying the flooring was to perfection. He is a very reliable and likeable person, nothing was too much trouble for him. That and the low price puts other tradesmen to shame. Highly recommended.

First class fitting and service, laying about 65 sq m in 8 hours. Rob and his team did an excellent job - timely, tidy, very little waste, courteous, friendly, interested. I could go in. I'll have no hesitation in using him again. He even gave me care advice before leaving, and handed me a guarantee certificate for his workmanship. Brilliant. I wish all tradesmen were this good and reliable!
