Rob did a very good job laying my laminate flooring and it looks great. He gave helpful advice and was quite happy to do some extra work that was required because the floor in the hallway was uneven.

I first contacted Rob as he was the most local floor fitter to my house, he booked an appointment to come and measure the floor, he was very patient when I kept delaying the day to fit the floor and changed my mind a thousand times on what i wanted and when. Rob explained the job really clearly and when I was stressing out in Homebase Rob came to my rescue, checked i had enough flooring and even loaded it in his van as it wouldn't fit in my car. The job was carried out within a day, the finish was brilliant and I couldn't ask for anything more than what Rob had done. The price quoted was very competitive and I will happily recommend Rob and use him again in the future.

We needed a 2 bedroom flat refloored very quickly. Rob rescheduled work to fit our needs, he provided a detailed quote, and finished exactly on time and on budget. In addition, he drove me to the hardware shop to source skirting boards and provided quality advice. The work was completed to a an exceptionally high standard (flush flooring with new skirting). His workmates were polite and respectful of the property. He removed the old flooring and left the flat fit for a magazine shoot! I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone reading this review. Don't think twice about it - hire Rob!

Robert carried out the laying of a quick step floor in our gauge, hallway and living room. He was extremely professional from start to finish. We had a delay in delivery and he was very helpful in both ensuring the product was correct and he very knowledgable. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I did ask him to come back to amend slightly a small area and he did so promptly and without quible. Would not hesitate to recommend. Apologies for such late feedback.

Rob offered two quotes, one for a cheap floor, one for hardwearing. We looked at providing our own materials, and spoke to Rob about the quality of the floor, Rob had admitted that it would be easy to lay, and that the flooring we had chosen would be midway between the two quotes he had offered, but not as hard wearing. Based on Robs honesty we decided to actually go with his dearer quote, which was still reasonably priced. Rob provided the flooring, beading, and threshold bars. Rob is professional, efficient and we are thrilled with the finish he has provided. Thank you for helping to turn our house into a home.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EVER TIME USING MY BUILDER AND IM NOT A COMPUTER PERSON SO WAS A LITTLE APREHENSIVE.BUT IM SO GLAD I DID HIRE ROB.HE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE TO HIS JOB AND MANAGED WITH EASE A COUPLE OF PROBLEM AREAS(TRUST ME IM VERY FUSSY)ALL AT A FAIR COST.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROB IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING NEW FLOORING.

Rob and Alex arrived on time - together they did an EXCELLENT job laying the laminate floor for the living room and hallway. The entire approx.40m2 was done orderly within 4 hours and they also help cleaned up afterwards too. Rob is very friendly, reliable, and honest and has full confidence on the work they are carrying out. Would undoubtedly recommend them to anyone & use their service again if needed.

Robert was professional and friendly. Even before the job started he took time to answer all my questions and help me find the right underlay, scotia, stair noses etc. He did a great job on our living room and hallway floor. Our house is old with lots of uneven bits and wonky walls but Robert made it look fantastic! I can highly recommend Chafford Flooring if you want a friendly and reliable job done.

An excellent job by Chafford Flooring. Rob and Alex laid laminate flooring in my lounge/dining room today (Saturday) a thoroughly professional job by tradesmen. I would 110% recommend Chafford Flooring.
