Excellent work, punctual and friendly👍

We cannot recommend Quick-Flo highly enough and are so glad we booked them to do this job. Our drainage specialist was Craig who was super responsive and friendly when we first spoke and was able to attend the job almost immediately. He then worked out exactly what the issue with our drainage system was (something 2 other plumbers failed to do) and went above and beyond to clear this. Craig also replaced a faulty gasket, thoroughly cleaned the kitchen after the work was complete and gave excellent advice for prevention of blockages in the future. He charged us an incredibly fair rate which was the same as the initial quote so no hidden surprises, despite going above and beyond with work on the day. Overall, excellent service and amazing value for money. Thank you so much!!

The plumber (Craig) did a fantastic job fixing my drainage, tackling the root cause (no pun intended!). Friendly, professional, and resourceful — he arrived on time (early actually) and worked efficiently. I’m already planning to book he again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services!

Craig was very proactive, very cooperative and very thorough. He ensured everything was checked throughout the job. Our drainage issue has been resolved. Craig advised for any recurring drainage issues to please give him a call and he will attend to. Would highly recommend.

Professional & polite communication, from Craig, from the initial contact to completion. Craig fully explained the process for clearing the drains & used camera technology to fully inspect the shared drainage system.
