Turned up and carried out the job as promised.

We very clearly said that it wasn't a blocked drain and we needed a plumber to assess the pipe. They sent someone to unblock the drain. That person told us that our drain wasn't blocked but they would do an assessment so a real plumber could quote. We were charged £140 for an assessment which the recommended plumber said afterwards he could not actually base a quote on after all. We had to then pay for the plumbers assessment They also broke our pop up plug in the bath and said it had nothing to do with them. To summarise we waited a couple of weeks and paid £140, for a broken bath pop up plug and nothing to show for it

Got the blockage unblocked really quickly, very professional job.

Craig was absolutely fantastic, cleared the blockage in the kitchen and very pleased with the job done. Cleaned up after finishing the job.

The team did a great quality job with quick turnaround and were competitively priced. Can’t ask for more from a good team!

Craig was super responsive & arrange a time slot same day. I had Reece come out to my serious blockage in my kitchen sink, really professional and took his time to diagnose the issue.
