A professional, reliable and courteous service. I am very pleased with the completed project which ran exactly to the estimated programme given by Decorum when tendering at the outset. I was offered sensible and helpful advice regarding various decision's required during the project regarding choice of fittings and materials etc. I asked for progress photographs for each day's work - particularly to assist with having an as-built record of the services layout in areas that would ultimately be covered up, these came to me as requested each day without delay. I would have no hesitation to recommend Decorum.

We were pleased with the service. Anthony went out of his way to accommodate our needs and was very helpful in advising us on a number of fiddly jobs.

I was happy with Antony's work on a property I manage. He arrived a bit later than planned but that's to be expected with London traffic. Nice man and completed the job well and quickly. It was a bit more expensive than initially quoted as I didn't want to wait a week for the part to arrive so chose to pay more for it to be sourced locally. I'm including these details in my review (lateness due to traffic and increase in cost through no fault of Antony's) only because it looks like bad reviews Antony has had the misfortune of receiving before are due to people being clueless when it comes to having work done in their properties - it seems a lot of people have unrealistic expectations/no idea how these things work. I for one was glad to receive a professional service for once - work done to a good standard, a proper invoice sent after the job was finished and polite and efficient communication. I will be contacting Antony should I have need of a plumber in future.
