    Leaking shower tray that needs replacing
    Antony did a fantastic job in our shower. Came in, figured out the problem straight away, offered a solution and executed it perfectly. We are very happy about his build. Very punctual, honest and kind professional.

    Wet room leak and ceiling repair
    Anthony has done a great job diagnosing problem with our leaking wet room and making all the necessary repairs and repairing the damage ceiling. Also installed a new loft hatch. A very conscientious tidy worker would highly recommend him .

    Complete wetroom/shower room refurb
    Anthony was really great. Our job was really awkward (very small wet-room at top of victorian house) and Anthony offered some great suggestions to make the space work as well as possible. The job took much longer than expected (old house issues) but was completed to a very high standard and I am so pleased with the results. I would hire him again and would recommend to others.

    Upgrading kitchen
    A superb experience and a truly amazing overall finish Anthony did a splendid job refitting our kitchen and bathroom. He updated our plumbing, the electrical system, fitted an electrical boiler and came up with very elegant solutions for the space available. Anthony has decades of experience which he is happy to share. We profited not only from his experience and skill but also from his creativity and dedication. He has an excellent eye for detail and came up with tailor-made solutions and original features. Anthony’s hourly rate is by no means a bargain but he applies himself thoroughly to the project, works very hard and the standard of his work is exceptional. Apart from being a formidable all-round builder, Anthony is a great communicator. He took all our concerns on board, sent daily updates with photographs of the work carried out and was happy to discuss every development in detail. Also, he made friends with the downstairs neighbours and kept them on board throughout the period. He is also super tidy and left the place sparkling. We whole-heartedly recommend Anthony for a wide range of building and plumbing jobs - in fact for an overall update of a bathroom, kitchen and living room. The result is glorious.

    Partial bathroom renovation
    Anthony and James did a professional job at renovating my bathroom which included removing and replacing a bath, basin, toilet and vinyl floor. They were punctual and professional throughout, and did their best to ensure disruption and mess was kept to a minimum. Anthony sent daily email updates including photos and notes on the day's progress, which was appreciated. My only slight disappointment was that Anthony did not communicate the costs of some additional work I specified prior to the job starting, which led to a bit of a surprise when the final invoice arrived. Overall though, I am pleased with how my bathroom turned out along with the quality of Anthony and James’ work.

    Plumbing consultation
    Anthony was very punctual, knowledgable, helpful and answered all pour questions with thorough answers and we will move ahead with working together. Very nice to meet such a wonderful guy.

    Convert loft for storage, remove water tank
    Anthony and his son James did a splendid job on converting the loft of our Victorian (built 1840) house for storage. It turned out to be a much bigger job than we had first expected, but Decorum Property was able to adjust to the new and expanded needs of the job. Anthony sent daily updates with photographs and we discussed every development in the job in detail. I was provided with detailed quotes for each phase of work and even evidence of receipts for supplies. Their day rate for labour is very high, but so is the standard of work. We now have a wonderfully insulated large storage space accessible by a customised ladder, well lit by fluorescent LED fixtures. They were also mindful of extras--there was a great deal of debris in the loft space, which they removed and disposed of. They were able to re-position existing insulation, saving us on getting new, and also suggested (and supplied) a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. They did a fantastic job and I felt that I was kept well informed and was able to discuss all aspects of the work along the way. I would recommend Anthony for a wide range of building jobs.

    Shower Room
    One of the worst experinces of our lives. He was unpredictable, aggressive and threatening - we actually got the police involved. Since the work has been completed we have had two massive leaks in the bathroom and the showerroom, which Anthony fitted. We have had to pay thousands getting the shower refitted and tiled. The kitchen sink is also leaking. After getting an emergency plumber out, he said it's the worst job he had ever seen. I hope no one else has to go through the experience we had Decorum Property Maintance, we would strongly suggest avoiding this firm.

    I try my best to give every customer good service which you can see from other positive feedback comments. It’s taken me some time to remember this customer. Then I remembered that this customer was proud of his Forbes magazine entry. The works were carried out over 3 years ago. The works were carried out in a rental property when he was squeezing 6 people into a 2 bedroom house. The works went well and looked good on completion, although he kept changing the specification whilst also coming across as rather bossy and disrespectful. Due to his unwillingness to abide by my T’s & C’s I did threaten to leave site until he paid his second payment which came as cash as he had been paid cash for a gig he had done. At no time was I disrespectful on site. I did become stern in an attempt to obtain the final patent which was £3k. After he instructed his solicitor then called the Police 😳 (rather quickly) and bogged me down with paperwork I decided that the cost to fight his solicitor after he offered £300 to cover the materials wasn’t worth it as you can’t any claim costs back. The guy is a crook. He and I know that. If the faults listed are true which I doubt he has the comfort of having not payed for all the works in the first place. A sad experience I’d like to forget but it was beyond my control. I’m pleased that there are not many people like this guy around. 3 years to place a feedback? A bitter man to try and affect my ability to work in COVID times, SAD, I’ve moved on)
