Anthony has been a really good person to do the work on the bathroom. He is reliable, has kept us informed, has done a very professional job and his personality worked very well for us. Planning another bathroom job for him very soon.

Antony at Decorum is so calm and friendly. He listened and looked carefully at the modest work I needed done on my bathroom floor and shower tray. Antony gave me the price immediately having assessed the job and I had no problem agreeing to it. He came on time when arranged, did the work well, was pleasant to talk to and, as I needed a little more done, came back quickly to complete at no extra cost. The whole experience was easy going and the work looks good and has effectively solved quite a long standing difficulty with sealing my shower room. I have no hesitation in recommending Antony and Decorum Property Maintenance.

Re-fit of a bath and installation of a shower screen. Did a good job and cost was in line with original quote. Dealt directly with tenants and did the work quickly and without issues.

100% positive for Anthony. Apart from my leaky radiators and showers, I also had a couple of damaged ceilings and required the front and back of my house refreshing - including the windows, masonry and front door. To put it frankly the external of my house was in a right old state and tired - for example some of my windows were rotting away. That said, Anthony agreed a quote with me and good weeks worth of work was underway. We came in slightly over budget but that was me asking for extras such as clearing away a whole load of rubbish from the back garden and fixing my living room Victorian cornice which ave caved in (yes my house is needs some work! :-) ). Bottom line is, the work was done to an excellent standard, Anthony is a very relaxed person with good skills. He may not be the cheapest but his work is outstanding and of high quality. Highly recommended and I will certainly be hiring his services for further interior decorating.
