Spencer and his team certainly know all about roofs. They've expertly fitted new roof onto our shed and it looks great. All set for the many tip-downs in Spring! Would definitely recommend them for a top-notch job.

After discussing the job with Spencer I decided that the roof should also be cleaned with jet wash. Spencer and his team arrived at the agreed time and worked very hard to complete the job in one day. As the roof had not been cleaned for many years, there was a lot moss/dirt that came out. The roof looks really clean and is showing the original colours. They cleaned up all of the mess and the gutters were also cleaned up. I am very happy with the job and the professional attitude shown - Well Done!

Spencer found a cheaper way to repair my roof by putting drip trays under the bottom couple of rows of tiles above the gutters, where the underfelt was destroyed, rather than changing the whole of the underfelt which would have cost a lot more money and been unnecessary. He found two broken tiles over where water was coming in in a hallway cupboard which the previous roofer seemed to have missed. This seems to have cured the problem, there is no longer water running down the walls in the cupboard although it still smells mouldy I think that was from the previous leak I need to clear out the damp contents of the cupboard. So it cost me £400 rather than £2000. For this he also re-concreted in some ridge tiles where the concrete had cracked and broken to ensure they wouldn't fly off in a high wind. He was quick and efficient and had an assistant with him.

The guys arrived early and the hole in the roof was fixed quickly. They also took photos of the repairs so I could see what work had been completed.

AFTER ASKING FOR QUOTE. SPENCER CALLED MINUTES LATER. CAME TO SEE ME AND LOOK AT SHED ROOF A FEW HOURS LATER .GAVE ME QUOTE TO RECOVER ROOF WHICH WAS NOT DEAR, I SAID YES .HE SAID HE COULD DO IT NOW,SHORT TIME LATER NEW SHED ROOF 8X10 .JOB WELL DONE AREA LEFT NICE AND TIDY.THANKYOU IF I HAVE ANY MORE ROOFING JOBS I WILL GIVE YOU A CALL

Spencer is such a lovely man. And also very fair regarding price. I will certainly hire him like a shot when I need further work doing, as not only is he punctual, but also thorough in what he did. Very impressed.
