    Broken tile repair
    Sorry for this late feedback. Had Lee came and fixed a broken tile on my roof a year ago, from what I can remember that was a quick and decent job.

    Leaking roof/gutter cause damp on internal wall
    Lee originally seemed to be an honest and friendly roofer until we paid him and the whole experience became a nightmare. His job was to install the eaves tray on the gutter so rain water could reach the gutter to prevent leaking. The leak obviously wasn't fixed so I asked for photos to be sent to us repeatedly over the last few months and never received any. Tried to ask him to come back, was either cancelled on the day or no show. Communication completely broke down and never answered my phone calls, probably blocked my number as I couldn't reach him since last Sat when he said he would come and resolved it for us but didn't turn up at all. He insisted the job he did was proper and if it still leaks it would be something else and he needed to take off a few layers of tiles and re-price the job and pay him more money. I finally got to see the gutter myself today to see what Lee has done and why he never wanted to send the photos of the gutter job he did. I was in complete shock! Anyone could understand why he never wanted to send me these photos and never wanted to come back.     Answer from tradesperson:

    Originally we told the client we could only repair the roof that was accessible via the flat roof.this was a three storey town house and the flat roof at the back of the building went half way across.the part in which is photographed is the part of the roof that is not accessible without scaffolding.the works we carried out was to renew the eve support trays as far as we could as he had a tradesman do a terrible repair originally which he is now using the pictures of this to tarnish the company.he did not want to pay for the further works because of the price of the scaffolding hence why the leak was only solved where we could access.we went back numerous times and explained every time we went there.we charged between £80-£120 for the repair.     Leaky roof
    Happy with the speed and efficiency of these two guys. Installed a valley for the water to flow better and did some basic repairs .
