EDITED: After three months the whole rear section fell off in the wind, the front is all leaking onto the neighbours side causing damp. I messaged Roy three weeks ago and he said he’d sort the repair but as of yet still hasn’t been done. I’ve tried multiple times to get him back but feel like there is no urgency even though I advised it’s making mine and the neighbours property really damp now. ORIGINALLY: Roy was quick to quote, prompt on the job, great communication and fairly priced inline with other quotes. Also instructed him on two other properties too.

Roy arrived at the time agreed and completed the work that needed doing to a high standard. He didn't try to upsell me on things that didn't need doing ***** would use again

Asked roy for a job to be done on my walls to be pointed up and replace my blown bricks. With his expertise he advised me to go a little bit further as my wall would look patched. Went along with what he recommended, and the finished job looks amazing. I would highly recommend them as they are so professional and there quantity of work is above and beyond. They leave there work place when finished clean and tidy.

Roy was very good. Attended the property to assess job and fixed it the next day, no excuses or long stories. He did the job to a very high standard. I also appreciated his honest advice about my roof. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their roof doing.

Really excellent job. I can’t recommend Roy more highly! Replaced failing dry verges all around detached house. New quality dry verges beautifully fitted. Crumbling flaunching to chimney pot replaced. Removed and made good obsolete satellite dish and analogue TV aerial. Huge amount of moss and debris removed from roof. All rubbish taken away and all areas left spotless. It’s a real pleasure dealing with Roy. He understands what you need doing and then works hard to deliver. All for a very good price!

Roy attended my roof leak on a dormer window and quickly identified the problem which was a soft mix of cement that had been used around the edges to seal rain water, this had deteriorated over time. He was kind enough to take pictures and a short recording to share with me. He went to get the right type of cement and returned shortly after, finished the full job and showed me the end results which I was really happy with…. Fully deserving of my five star review for him and his colleague. Many thanks Roy Moe

Unlike the other 'interested parties' Roy actually turned up to have a look and gave an honest opinion with a reasonable price. Very courteous and professional service.
