Roy came on time got stuck in and completed the job well and did a little extra to help stop any future problems

Excellent communication. Listened to what we thought the problem was and then had a look himself to check the issue. Thankfully Roy was able to fit us in quickly.

Roy responded immediately to the ad, came round within 2 days and had it done the next. Was very good about making sure the aesthetics were right and took the time to move tiles around to blend them in. Really decent man to deal with. Would definitely recommend and rehire.
