Ian travelled about 50 miles to my house and arrived dead on time. 8.30am on a cold winter's day. One radiator in particular wasn't working as it should but we knew the whole system wasn't 100%. Ian explained in detail what he was going to do and immediately set to work. To cut a long story short, he was so professional. Knew exactly what he was doing and sorted out all the radiators. Our house is now cosy and warm. Central heating radiators, including the dodgy one which we thought would have to be replaced, are all working a treat and as a bonus, Ian is one of the nicest people one could ever wish to meet. I have given my sister his number as she wants her gch system flushing although it's not urgent and I will recommend him to anyone 100%. Thanks a million Ian. You're a star! ⭐

Thorough professional service from Ian. Sorted out my radiator problem perfectly. Also did a couple of extra jobs for me on the system with good advice on how to use my system. For something that I know little about with different opinions from British Gas, Ian explained the process and completed the job in an excellent manner and left my home clean and tidy. Thoroughly satisfied and recommend Ian without hesitation. Great job.

Very impressed with ian. Arrived on time and explained everything. Turned out a powerflush was not the solution. Spent nearly 2 hours explaining the issues to me.

I can thoroughly recommend Ian Campbell. We were having problems with our central heating system (radiators not getting hot) and a previous contractor had failed to diagnose and solve the problem. Ian carried out a power flush procedure in a methodical manner and cleaned out the system. He also diagnosed that hardened sediment in piping within the boiler was seriously affecting the water flow. This issue has now been resolved and all our radiators are now hot. Ian's whole approach gave me faith that he knew what he was doing and this was borne out at the end. Great job and very reasonably priced.
