Excellent , very thorough and all left in good order

Ian came on time , did the job ,told me exactly what he was doing ,left no mess .very professional indeed .the heating is working great now , i would definitely recommend him to my friends ,cant fault him at all.

Finally found someone to fix my heating, 3 radiators wouldn’t work, had 2 plumbers who couldn’t sort out. Ian from power flush sorted them, all working now, a clean worker and nice guy, would highly recommend.

Great man . Very knowledgeable in what he does , tells you exactly what he is going to do and does it. Advises about any issues that he sees and why he sees it as an issue . Very clean and tidy , polite , wears appropriate ppe ( face shield for covid ) . Definitely recommended if you want a power flush this is your man .... Ian was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, and worked hard during the 7 or so hours he was here. He gave us plenty of advice going forward so we can avoid future problems. He was so tidy you wouldn't even know he'd been. He wore gloves and a mask in this coronavirus time. What more can I say. Excellent service and I would fully recommend him if you need a power flush.

Ian provided a very thorough and professional service flushing the central heating system. Communication was excellent before, during and after the works were completed. I will certainly use Ian's services again in future.

Ian arrived promptly on the agreed date and carried out the power flush throughout the day. Ian was very nice and polite and did a thorough job and left the house spotless. Unfortunately the power flush did not cure our boiler from overheating which we had been told by 4 other plumbers was what the issue was and there was nothing wrong with the boiler, therefore it was not covered on our boiler insurance. Ian checked over the boiler to see if he could work out what the issue was and discovered that it was plumbed in the wrong way round! The in flow was the water going out and out flow the water going in which was causing the boiler to overheat. Ian then offered to come back 2 days later to swap the pipes round and again arrived promptly and carried out the job which has finally cured our problem! 12 months of issues and 4 other plumbers who had not managed to resolve it! It appears the boiler has been like this since it was installed and we have been lucky to not have any issues before, probably because the boiler temperature was on lower and we turned it up when it was really cold last year. Thank you for fixing this for us - the boiler is working fine on the higher setting and all our radiators are now working very efficiently. The power flush was definitely needed as the radiators had been not heating all over on some of them and others would not go off. We would highly recommend Ian and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed.
