Over two weeks Sean and his team have worked diligently and were always punctual, informative and tidy. They repointed two full walls of the house and replaced the sealed air bricks. The chimney was capped, repointed and the surplus tv aerial removed. The verge tiles were replaced in full along with some ridge and roof tiles that were broken. The guttering was emptied and cleaned, as were the soffits and the down pipe replaced. The system used for repointing created no dust and the noise of the angle grinder on the three days it was used was significant quieter than anticipated. I recommend Pointing and Brickwork at the highest level and would have no hesitation in using them in the future. The only problem is they did such a great job there will be no opportunity to use their services again.

Sean, was quick to respond to my ad for a roofer. He gave a competitive quote and started the job quickly. He finished in good time despite a couple of small issues. Very happy with the end result and would happily recommend.

Arrived on time as agreed, were professional and polite. Fixed my roof and checked it for any other damage, did job fast and efficiently. Didn’t even notice them up there. Would recommend to everyone. 😊

The team at Pointing and Brickwork did an excellent job of repointing the south facing wall of my house, which had degraded due to weather over the years. They were totally professional and very polite, informing me regularly of progress at each stage. I had initially been concerned about any possible mess, and damage to the garden by equipment, but their method of work meant that there was virtually no mess, and after they had cleared away their equipment I wouldn't have known anyone had been there, except for the impeccably repointed wall. Also the initial quote for the work was exactly what was asked for at the end of the work. Pointing and Brickwork deserve to do well, and I would recommend them unreservedly.

Sean took down brickwork at risk of collapse for me and he did a lovely job. I would definitely recommend him, he was available and punctual and did a very neat and tidy job! Thank you Sean!

Positive experience of bricklayer

Posted a job on mybuilder.com to replace a lintel and Sean reached out in response to the advert. He turned up same day and had a look at the job and advised that its only the plaster that needs repairing and there isn't any need to replace the lintel. He explained the entire process and reassured us that it's only a minor job and we shouldn't worry about it (while other builder scared us to death that entire house can collapse as lintel is broken). While we hired Sean only for this job but we also decided to hire Sean to replace concrete guttering with new PVC ones. Both jobs are completed to very high standards and we are also given 15 years warranty for the work done. Through out the jobs we were kept updated and Sean & his team went extra mile to make sure that we were happy and had even cleaned the rain water stains from the bricks for free. Would definitely hire Sean again and would highly recommend him.
