I was contacted by Plumbjet about my job and they investigated it but didn’t complete for outside reasons. I sent out the job again to companies who had expressed an interest but none responded. I contacted a local company who is not on this site and they completed the job within 24 hours.

Very swift response to a leak in my tenanted house, I trusted Neal to give an honest quote on the work required and the price was competitive. Will defiantly use again.

A split pipe at the start of the weekend left me feeling like my world was collapsing around me. Neal was an absolute gentlemen, turned up really quickly and completed an extremely professional repair leaving no mess. Entirely COVID responsible he left me feeling very safe. From the start of the telephone call which I have to say was under an hour of posting the job to the work completed the guys involved were professionals,helpful and stated we will get this sorted for you with the stress I’ve had this was welcome as south west water were useless no help at all. Well you kept your word, Social distance and mask used throughout the visit,clean,tidy and any mess was cleaned up as they worked. We wish to Thank Neal and colleague involved in a massive job dealing with severely blocked drains thats been a nightmare. Unfortunately they had to work in the sleeting rain and fog and into the evening.But still kept ploughing through to get the job completed. I will have no issues recommending this company and we will be calling again for future work with these guys. So professional and gets the job completed 5 🌟 rating.
