Would highly recommend and would definatly use again if needing a plumber

Neal responded very quickly when I posted the job and in other email communications. He quoted a set price from the information I gave, even though it turned out to be much more work than I had expected it to be. He liaised directly with my tenants, gave them a prompt appointment and was punctual. They have told me that Neal was "lovely" and "did a fab job". I am very pleased!

Neal did a great job for us fitting some bathroom taps. Good communication and reasonable prices. Recommended.

Neal arrived on time and fixed the problem. Neal also happy to call again when another problem arose.

Great service from Neal and his colleague. Agreed a fixed fee of £60 for the job in advance and this worked out very well as some problems were encountered but Neal kept the bill to the agreed amount. Cleaned up well afterwards and very happy with everything.

Diagnosed the problem efficiently put in a temp fix and returned two days later with a new part, installed and every thing fine. Neal willingly wore a mask whilst working in the house which was important, as we are still both sheltering. Recommended
