    Carport

    Excellent all round service from Mark and his team.I had a problem a few days after the work was completed, I contacted Mark at 3pm he said leave it with me I will sort it,and 2 hours later the problem was fixed to my satisfaction,10/10.

    Various work needs doing

    Mark and his team done a great job on our house. They turned an unused old store room into a downstairs toilet. Also replastered a bedroom, installed new electric sockets, redecorated bedrooms and living room. Removed all work rubbish. We are very satisfied with the work carried out and would have no hesitation in using him again.

    Removal of concrete step indoors - urgent if possible.

    Mark came out on very short notice to advise and quote on the job. He was willing to do the work almost immediately to fit my tight schedule and gave me some great advice. Thanks!

    Various jobs

    Mark and his team have now completed several jobs at our Nurseries around Stoke on Trent area. Mark is extremely helpful, his quotes are very reasonably priced and his standard of workmanship is excellent. We hope Mark, Concadia Ltd, will continue to carry out work at our properties.

    Two litte jobs

    Very happy with all aspects of the job. Mark came out at the specified time, quoted on the spot and arranged to do the work very promptly. Two of his fellahs did the jobs and he called over a few times to supervise and guide them. He also helped me get a quick solution to another problem with no extra charge, so, good experience all round. Few simple changes made bathroom look brand-new.

    Kitchen table plus 4 chairs

    Phone call received off Mark (Concadia) soon after job was posted. A time and date was arranged there and then. Very personable and professional. Would recommend them.
