Mark's team are first rate - hard working and friendly. Mark called by most days to check on progress and see if there were any issues - although he was juggling a few jobs at the time. My neighbours have passed comments on the quality of the build and what a good job the team did.

Mark came to quote for the job and we found him to be polite, knowledgeable and fair. Communication all the way along was brilliant, and when I moved the goalposts slightly Mark was very accommodating. The two lads (shout out to Bernie and the other Mark) that did the job were super hard working - they grafted from the moment they arrived until they finished. The work was done in a professional and competent manner and we're really happy with the end result. We wouldn't hesitate to use Platts Construction Services again and would highly recommend them. 10/10, fantastic.

Mark and his team of professionals really did save the day for us. Having been let down badly by rogue builders, Mark stepped in to put everything right with the end result being an amazing conservatory that I could only have imagined at one point. It was done all in a space of approximately 6 weeks from start to finish so an outstanding achievement given the sub-zero temperatures at times. We are so pleased with our additional room and all in time for Christmas. Mark & Co will be coming back next year to complete phase 2. Platt’s Construction did a great job with our double extension. Mark Platt was true to his word with timescales, kept us informed about what was happening through each stage. Always available to have a chat at anytime, reassured us when we had build over sewer issues or any other concerns. The build was fantastic and to a high standard. At the start I was very nervous about what was going to happen with a big project like this, you hear so many bad stories but Mark has proved me wrong. Extremely professional very knowledgeable and above all a man you can trust. I would recommend Platt’s construction with no hesitation and have spoke very positively to people on the estate. Mark is an excellent contractor and person. He was spot on and made suggestions where appropriate, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. The quality of the work is great and we are entirely happy and satisfied with the work done. We ended up using Mark for other jobs and would highly recommend him and his business partners. We are so happy to be in our new home!

Mark and the team built us a single storey extension and knocked through the existing kitchen and dining room to create one large room with a vaulted ceiling, plus a new raised patio area. We’d had a couple of builders round to scope the job before we met Mark and to be honest, I think they were concerned about the amount of groundwork we would need doing, as there’s a steep drop off at the back of our house and to the neighbours’ side, as well as the size of one of the RSJs that we needed. This didn’t concern Mark and he provided us with a competitive itemised quote without making a fuss of the groundwork or the steel. We had a few delays getting started but when they did arrive in early June, Mark and his team rattled through the dig out and had the 2m+ deep foundations in place in a couple of weeks. The builders Bernie, Dan, John and Kev were an absolute pleasure to have around. They were polite, hardworking and kept us in the loop with what was happening and when. Once the build was done, we bought our kitchen from Howdens through Mark and his fitters John and Ant did a fantastic job getting it all in to a high standard, plus the new floor down in a couple of weeks. All in, it took five months start to finish, and that was with us having to isolate for a couple of weeks in the middle of it all. So a few weeks longer than we expected, but on reflection it was worth it because the standard of finish is A+ inside and out.

We've been very pleased with what we've had done. Mark is reliable, very genuine and kept in regular contact with us at every stage. It has made a big difference to our living space and all the team have been hard working, friendly, polite and pleasant.Thanks for all your hard work, lads. Appreciated. We feel as if we have made 4-5 new friends over the course of the past few months!

Job was started in August, but, unfortunately, due to COVID, materials were in short supply.The job was finished just prior to Christmas. All the workmen were professional, approachable and efficient and Mark was always in contact, checking how work was progressing.The work was completed to a high standard, very pleased with both the kitchen and the extension and would highly recommend Mark and his team.

Mark has done my garden block paved, double drive and a conservatory it was a big job a lot of digging needed but his workmen bernie Dan John and Sam were hardworking and great people to get on with, Mark was always there when we needed and I was able to discuss queries I had about the jobs with ease, a lot of different people involved in this job and they have all done a wonderful job I'm very happy with the result, I would recommend Mark with ease which I already have, Thankyou to mark and all his team.
