    Valiant new boiler needs service
    Paul from Phillips Heating is great! He was on time, kept excellent communication and beat all the quotes I got. I have saved his number and will use again and recommend to friends and family

    Installation of Direct Unvented Hot water cylinder
    Paul can't be trusted. He first agreed to come on Friday which he didn't - excuse van is too big for parking. He then agreed on Saturday to come - he messaged at 8:15 he wants £40 extra for the switch and parking, all agreed . Then he messaged at 8:45 again on exactly what we have confirmed, the message which I didn't see. Then he messaged tenant that he will cancel the booking. The tenant called me and I immediately called to Paul to confirm all good with his terms and he confirmed to me he will go down. Five minutes later he messaged tenant to tell him he can't come as he have toilet issues. He have bad stomach. Not sure what to say here

    Gas safety check this week
    Great service. Turned up as agreed. Efficient and reasonable price. Did gas cert and boiler service. Would use again.

    Replace and install ESI valve
    Paul never showed up. Tried to call him several times but never returned the call. Few hours later I received a message saying that his father was taken to the hospital. Honestly, not sure what to think. He could have texted me to cancel at least. I am sorry for the family emergency but it doesn’t take long to give a quick call or send text, especially when there are 2 people waiting for you in the apartment for hours.
