The initially arranged appointment was missed and I had to chase multiple times to get another. That said I think they're busy and in demand because they're good. Really good. The job was done quickly and effectively. Ali, who did the work for us, was personable and professional. He was also willing to give opinions and advice outside the remit of the job, which you don't always get. I'd definitely consider using Phillips in future.
