Mark was very flexible and understanding when the job changed somewhat once it was begun. We are happy with the work completed.

Mark was very polite and knowledgeable. Mark had a cancellation and was able to fit us in much earlier than expected which was great. He warned us of the dust produced by the work, but he did an excellent job of keeping this to a minimum. Overall the job has been done well. The plaster is almost dry and most of the damp smell has now disappeared, especially where it is important.
