I wanted to express my satisfaction with the recent repointing work carried out by Danny and Abi on my property. Danny initially visited to flaunch a chimney and brought to attention the state of the pointing. I was very much aware that the property required repointing. Subsequently, Abi spent just over a week repointing the entire property. The task was labour-intensive due to the handmade and irregular nature of the bricks, some of which were chipped at the corners. Despite these challenges, Abi's dedication and skill were evident throughout the process. The property now looks significantly improved since the completion of the repointing work. I appreciate Danny's proactive approach in providing advice and being readily available to answer any questions. His commitment to ensuring the success of the project was reassuring. Even after the work was completed, Danny continued to offer support, popping over whenever I needed further information. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the work and the professional attitude displayed by both Danny and Abi.
