Danny came to scope out the work needed before his workforce turned up last Friday. Front of the house need re painting and some cracks filled in and all in all the job was very well done. The front of the house looks so much better, cracks filled in and now there is a nice shiny gloss around the window and door. Did exactly what we wanted and what they set out to do plus more. Very approachable, friendly and to the point. Will definitely be using Perfect Choice Property Maintenance again in the future, can't recommend them enough.

Danny and his team were prompt to come out, as I requested on Sunday to repair the loose tiles on my roof..They even completed it the very same day! Perfect choice are very reliable and reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend and use them again!

With less then a year since the painting was carried out on the soffits boards it has started to crack, flake and peel. I am very disappointed that after two emails and a text the only response I have had was, I DO NOT KNOW YOU! Funny that after taking £1500 for the job it wasn't enough to remember. The work was not even completed by the company it was subcontracted out to a self employed chap. Lesson learnt i guess.

I have had many conservatory repairs attempted on the box guttering as it leaked inside often, so I had buckets in place whenever it rained. Danny from Perfect Choice Property Maintenance immediately advised that the sloping roof was causing the problem. He removed several rows of tiles and replaced the sodden felt and despite the downpours, there have been so far, no leaks. He instilled confidence about the job needed and did the job promptly, and cleanly, his staff was amiable and polite and I would recommend his company. Thank you Danny

Danny called really quickly and came to quote for our slate roof repair within a day. He was helpful and informative about the repair work he would need to carry out and completed the job within the timeframe specified without any issues or problems. He pointed out where other issues may arise and we were really pleased with his efforts and didnt feel pressurised to undertake any work not required at this time.
