Danny came out to quote very quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a fair price for this job. The guttering was fixed perfectly and for the price quoted. I would happily recommend his services and would use again in the future 👍

Honest tradesman, he sorted out our Roof's hip tiles with well matching tiles as he said he would and on time. He swept the roof and left the whole roof in a much better condition. I will be considering him again in the future for our flat floor replacement.

Great job - well executed

The job was to prep/paint the exterior walls of a large house in Lee-on-the-Solent, and make repairs to hip tiles on the roof. Danny and his team worked flat out, during some of the hottest days of the year, to complete the job on time and on budget. He organised the scaffolding and roofer for the hip tile repairs, and coordinated his work well with the other trades working onsite. I am very happy with the final results and would recommend Perfect Choice Property Maintenance for your project too.
