Honest appraisal and the work executed swiftly and exactly as promised. Danny came to our assistance at a very difficult time for my family and was courteous, patient and extremely understanding. Job was completed satisfactorily on the day, however after a couple of days and some really poor weather we had leaks again. Danny was informed and very promptly returned to rectify the problem and advise as to what was the issue. Which was not actually down to him but a problem with adjoining neighbour's.

Danny explained to us what needed to be done in detail. When doing the job he advised of of another problem and provide a quote for the works. The repair on the roof has been done very well. Will use again.

Danny could immediately identify the problem and, although the damage was more than originally suspected and the weather wasn't very cooperative, the job was completed as swiftly as possible whilst doing a very good job. Danny's roofers were efficient but also pleasant and polite, which meant I was very comfortable with them being here. They did an excellent job of clearing everything up afterwards as well. I definitely recommend Perfect Choice Property Maintenance and will use them again for any future work.

Danny quoted us a reasonable price for the for the work and came across as very knowledgeable. A date was set but bad weather meant the work couldn’t be done. Danny took the time to come round and explain his reasons and we set a new date. The work took around a day and a half and the guys went about their business almost unnoticed. The area was left clean and tidy and another bonus was that I was charged less than quoted as there wasn’t as much work required as first suspected. I would definitely recommend Danny and his team.
