Very pleased with the job Michael did and have already been recommending him. He was very punctual from ringing me to ask about the job, coming over to quote and doing the job. He kept us completely informed about the job from start to finish and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be using him again, for all other jobs he can do, as he's exactly what you want from a tradesperson.

Mike was prompt to reply to my job listing and to visit to survey for, what I thought would be, a full reroof. However, he advised that a full reroof was not required just a few slates needing to be replaced. In the event, I asked for a full reroof for which he quoted. Mike booked the job in for when I wanted it; had the scaffolding erected a few days earlier and his team started on time. Despite a few unforeseen issues, which he resolved without hesitation, the job was completed on time, with minimum fuss even when he had to travel further afield for special size slates and the job was undertaken to the quote. Honesty is a key element in any project especially a roof, but I was completely satisfied with Mike’s work ethic, reliability, and honesty. Oh and he likes a bit of banter! Thanks to all at Elite Gutter and Roofing!!

Michael came round a couple of days after posting the job. We agreed the work to be done and as back round within 2 days and did the job. We have had no problems with the repairs and would recommend him wholeheartedly.
