Dale and the guys did a great job and finished everything In one day. He was very competitive on price without sacrificing any of the quality. Highly recommended

Absolutely thrilled to bits with our windows & doors! Cannot fault any of the lads that worked on our house, they finished a day early & kept everything clean & tidy. There has been an immediate improvement in the warmth of the house & they look fantastic from the outside. We've had a full semi-detached house replaced including a porch, bay window & French doors & the price was extremely reasonable - the best quote we had. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pennine to anyone & will certainly be using them again to replace our conservatory at some point down the line.

Had 10 windows installed, big and small ones, and from the first contact with Dale everything was great. Good info at the first visit, no BS sales patter, no pressure or "today, sign here now for this price" - crap. Throughout all dealing it was always very professional, personable and friendly. The quote was very competitive and was the price paid. Turned up on time on the day agreed, plenty of guys for the job, all friendly and professional. Job itself was finished in a day, all cleaned up and tidy. All in all, great job, very happy! Thanks! Highly recommended, will use again happily.

Good quality, fairly priced windows fitted by Dale. Clean an tidied up after themselves. Have reduced condensation in house and increased warmth significantly.

My first comment on this company is the chaps work ethic is supreme they had booked the job for 2/3 days on the first day the youngest chap and the company owner settled into a great routine all upstairs frames back door secured in position porch units replaced i think they had 2 brews all day.The second day the young chap owner and a third chap got stuck in a three sided walk in bay french doors and a front door the youngest chap was like a rash all over the place working making sure that everything they had done the day before was spot on and the owner concentrated on the french doors.The lads got stuck in to the bay and front door with the owner making sure by the end of the day all frames in position glazed doors all done just a bit tweaking sealing and trim to be done the next day.This started at 7.30am when the third member of the team came back and got stuck in on the bay trims and french dr trims the owner came about 9.30am they really seemed to take great pleasure in doing the job properly paying attention to details I had not noticed checking and rechecking everything all in all a very professional approach and delivery. So the job consisted of i bay 3 sided 5 flat window 8 glass units for porch 2 drs and french drs approx 2.200 wide the price was unbeatable guarantee issued after i made payment i have to send of for ins backed guarantee job was finished on fri 13.12.2013 i do not envisage problems but if any occur i will put them on here to the owner keep boys on

I cannot praise enough. Very honest in quoting and advice, best quote, excellent communciation, came earlier than expected, efficient, friendly and discreet whilst here. Job: Two new external doors. Dale's and his guys were great. Not a straight forward job, but very thoughtful in the way they did the work - and as a result very happy with the work. Couple of minor delays due to supplier problems, but Dale kept us up to date so we knew what was going on, Overall very happy and much warmer as a result. Thanks Dale and team!
