Dale came and gave me a quote for the work. Once agreed, he told me that he did not want any money until the job was completed and I was satisfied with the work. The window fitters turned up on time, completed the work, cleaned up after themselves and showed how to clean the windows and how to get the most out of them. Most importantly, the windows come with the necessary insurance and with a 10 year guarantee. I would not hesitate in using Pennine glazing and windows again.

Dale visited to quote for resealing the windows and replacement front door but after talking to him and getting a quote for replacement windows rather than repair, I went with replacement... His quote was amazing compared to some of the other companies that had quoted... I had 11 windows, 1 front door, 1 side door and French doors at the back all for an extremely competitive price with work carried out by a great group of guys who took care not to damage my home.. I have had one issue since fitting, the lock on the front door got stuck so I couldn't open it or close it properly, which they came out to deal with as soon as I reported it and I have no doubt if I had any future issues they would be back out again to see what they can do to help.... An all round great company that....

We are very pleased with the windows and door fitted by Pennine Glazing, we even added 2 additional windows to the job. There were a couple of small snags on first fit but that is only to be expected and they were put right without hesitation. It was a pleasure having the team work on our home and would highly recommend for any double glazing work you may require. Also it was excellent value for money.

Very happy with our new doors. We've had them almost a year now with no problems. House is warmer and quieter too which is a plus! Would hire again.

Work complete was ok, door not finished off with trim which looks untidy and missing a knocker which was only a little thing, did flag this and they said they would nip by and fit which never happened. However was relatively happy until my 10 year guarantee didn't show up. Tried to get in touch after a few months, they appolagised and said they would sort it, 2 years after having them fitted I am still waiting and being ignored whenever I try to contact. This is on the sales invoice so will now be taking it through trading standards. A lot of hastle for the sake of a piece of paper!! Very disappointed and would not recommend, don't think they are bothered after they have your money so unlucky for customer if something does go wrong.
