Very happy with the A class service offered. Was very quick to come and spec the job up. Offered spot on advice and was very honest with our best interests at heart. Very happy with the prices given. Was able to slot us in at very very short notice and accomodate a project we had going on at the same time which topped everything off. Very happy with the worksmanship and the quality of the windows. Will definitely be using again in the near future for the additional windows. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I was delighted with the work Pennine Glazing and Windows did from start to finish. Dale visited my home initially to give a quote for seven windows and two composite doors. He did not pressurize me and there were no demands for deposits or on-the-spot contract signing. He gave me some good advice on style and showed an interest in my plans for the property. The real surprise came when he showed me the quality of the windows, then told me the price. It’s so difficult to get a combination of excellent quality, good value, friendly service and outstanding workmanship but Pennine have managed this. Dale provided full information about how the windows are manufactured by Pennine and came back on an agreed date to survey the job formally. My home has been transformed by these high quality windows and the price was extremely competitive. The window fitters were brilliant, working around us and our dog and keeping us informed every step of the way. Importantly, everyone turned up when they said they would and the friendly attitude and attention to detail took the stress out of what, to us, was a major job. Dale and his team have just fitted 8 new windows, front and back door and french doors for us. They are fantastic and we are soooooo pleased with them. The team worked fantastically and completed the job in two days. They were polite and consulted me constantly with regard to my requirements. Dale was extremely understanding as i had very specific ideas about leading and bevel in door and styles of doors and i suspect i drove him nuts at times. I have nothing but confidence in Dale and his team. I chose him for his professionalism and willingness to fit exactly what i wanted as previous quoters had told me that i could not have certain styles in my house. I will use Dales firm again in the future.

Couldn't recommend Pennine Glazing and windows Ltd enough! Dale is a pleasure to deal with, helpful and professional, kept us informed throughout & provided a very competitive quote compared to most. They fabricate all their own windows and doors which are of exceptional quality and very good value for money. Must say a special thanks to the install team - Johnno, John & Anthony who worked tirelessly to complete the job to such a high standard in only two days. They really are a credit to the company, respectful, efficient, polite and all round 'grafters'. We will be using Pennine again in the next few months on another property, we wouldn't use anyone else now....

Dale gave a very competitive quote and gave fair advice about the best solutions for the windows/French doors. There was some slight confusion on the first day of the installation, with the guys turning up later than I'd been told to expect, but they still finished on time, which was the main thing. We're really pleased with the finished installation. The windows are good quality and a huge improvement on the old ones, and the French doors look great. The fitting team worked quickly and were very careful to cover things and keep mess to a minimum. Overall, pleased with the quote and work and would recommend Pennine.

Absolutely fantastic! From giving the go ahead for our job, Dale kept in contact and informed us what was happening the whole time. Day 1 of the 4 day job, john and his mate were straight in dust sheeting and within 10 minutes the first window was out and being prepped. At that point I felt comfortable to leave them to it and left for work. When I arrived home, the amount, tthat had been done was amazing. I appreciate this was a big job including building work and the attention to detail was great. Having 2 kids I wondered how I would cope with them and the mess but each day the team cleaned up and made sure everything was safe. so happy with my new windows & doors, feels like a new house. Cant recommend Dale and his team highly enough, already passed details to 2 people! Thank you for making this an easy task for us.

Dale and his team brings the ideal solution and team to the table. They are very competitively priced and worked to the tight deadlines in which I gave them - when they say they will do something, they will do it. Their attention to detail is second to none. It is refreshing working with someone who thinks the job through before making a mistake or causing damage on site. They left the site the way they found it and removed all waste. I will be using Dale and his team again and I would recommend Pennine glazing and windows as a first class contractor which is willing to go that extra mile to deliver quality, competitive pricing and great customer service.
