I am really pleased with the job Dale and the team did, the quote was very competitive and Dale went through my requirements very thoroughly beforehand so i felt confident in leaving them to it. The replacement windows and cladding look great and the finish is very professional; there are no 'shoddy' or 'unfinished' bits at all. The team were clean and efficient and the job was completed in 6 days. They were also happy to answer any questions i had as the job was underway, and when one of my roof tiles was cracked by mistake, the team were quick to repair it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great experience with Pennine Glazing. The quote was reasonable, product is great and the fitting was accomplished quickly and well under trying circumstances (due to my having other work done in the flat at the same time). The guys were great, worked around the other tradesman and were quick to respond when one of the window mechanisms turned out to not be working correctly. They reported it back to the office and the problem was rectified the following week. Very happy.

I saw Pennine were highly rated here and sure enough, Dale was the first to respond when I posted for quotes to cover pretty much all new windows around the house (some larger firms took two weeks, he took about an hour!). Subsequent email responses were really quick too and Dale was punctual coming round for the initial chat. He didn't do the typical hard sell you might expect in this sector, and instead just clearly explained the options - facts only, no BS and without any pressure whatsoever. We were so pleased with the approach that after Dale had left my wife and I both agreed we'd cancel the other appointments we'd made and give him a call back to get the work booked in. As for the installation - the lads who did the work were great - unbelievable hard working and tidy too. The quality of their work and the products was/is fantastic, not a single issue across the whole site so we're completely thrilled to have found a company we can trust with what was a big expense for us. We'll be getting them back for any future windows and would recommend without hesitation. In fact the only sloppy bit about this project was me and the fact I took so long to write this feedback - really sorry chaps!

A first class service from the initial visit to quote through to the installation. Dale was very knowledgable and explained his offering without any obligation or pressure to proceed. The windows and doors themselves are top quality which combined with the professional installation and competitive price left me very happy indeed. I have recommended Dale to others and one person at least has now had their windows and doors installed from his company.

Just had our complete house reglazed and a new front door, a couple of weeks for the fabrication of the windows then all the work done in 3 days very happy with the quality of the glazing and the work done and the 10 year guarantee. Workmen cleaned up after them selves and were polite, friendly and professional throughout. All in all excellent service we would be happy to recommend the company.

I have to say from past experiences of using Mybuilder i am always a bit skeptical about using it, as you never know what sort of builders you get. When Dale came to quote you could instantly see he was a class act, very knowledgeable, went into a lot of detail to make sure we understood and best of all, the windows are made by his company ensuring good quality! We had a few windows replaced all was done in one day and too extremely high standard!! they even cleaned up after themselves. I have already let Dale know i will be contacting him for the next window replacement job that's pending. Fully recommend this great company. Rob

From start to finish a very positive experience. Dale was not pushy in our initial meeting. He has delivered the quality he promised at the agreed price. No hidden extras.Dale was happy to advise, but not dictated window/door styles. His expertise was much appreciated. The work was carried out to a very high standard, ahead of time. The lads worked hard and treat myself and my home with respect. They cleaned up after themselves and were able to answer any questions I had. They worked methodically to high standard at all times. I will most certainly recommended Dale and his team to friends and family. I cannot thank you enough Dale for such an excellent service and of course for my beautiful new doors and windows.
