Dale replaced our patio doors as a emergency job before Christmas (after I locked the family and me out and managed to brake in through the old doors with no damage or noise in about 10seconds). Great communication, turned up on time and gave a very competitive quote and then fitted doors to an excellent professional level. Doors look great and more important very secure. Will be hiring again. The whole family says thanks and have a good Christmas/new year

Dale visited my house as agreed and was able to quote for the job on the spot. The fitters arrived when expected and the work was done to a good standard - they also were very tidy, removing the old door and window and leaving no mess at all.

I contacted Dale for a new front door. It was a great experience and a really fast service from quote to completion. Nothing was too much trouble, Dale helped with chosing a composite door and also with the actual door style, glass and general design, and the door was fitted today. A significant amount of time was take as the opening was not square, to ensure the fit/fixures were perfect. I would have no hesitate in recommending this company, for any task, small or larger scale, the quality of the job was second to none.

I hired Pennine Glazing Services for the repair of my windows in my house as they needed fixing and sealing properly. They were not air tight. I also needed two new kitchen windows fitted. Dale came an hour’s drive away to provide a free quotation which was good value for money. The price included labour, cost of the materials and a guarantee. He was able to do the job that same week. He was friendly and he made me aware of what was wrong with the existing windows and explained what he would do to rectify them. When he came to do the job, he and his co-worker got on with the job in hand straight away. The two windows for the kitchen were not ready so he fixed all the existing windows and came back for a second day to fit the kitchen windows. This was not ideal for him due to his hour drive but he did not charge me any more for travel for the second day. I could see the results straight away. As well as the windows functioning as they should, I have noticed that my rooms are warmer and the noise outside has been reduced. I am very pleased with the finish and I would recommend Pennine Glazing Services to anyone who needed window repair or fittings of windows. Thanks a lot!

Fast quote and fast clean work carried out

Dale gave us excellent information about the work before starting. He was clear about the problems and what could be done to overcome them. The work done was to a very high standard. We would happily use Dale again.

Totally brilliant! I am delighted with the two new windows that Dale and his colleague have fitted for us today. I cannot recommend Dale enough - after having been let down by another builder and left waiting for windows for 11 weeks, Dale has managed to surpass all expectations and completed the job within less than 1 week from originally visiting us and doing the quote. Not only was he unbelievably timely, he was competitively priced and did truly professional job. He was tidy, professional and clearly very competent - I am so relieved that we gave up on the other builder as I know we wouldn't have got such a great finish. He handled the job with confidence and is clearly knowledgeable, competent and experienced. Don't bother looking anywhere else for windows - I cannot recommend Pennine Glazing enough!
