Waterproof parts of lower walls and seal gulley on roof. Patrick was prompt in contacting me and was reliable in keeping to times he quoted and explained what work was needed. He explained the work he had done on completion. I was very pleased with him and would use him again if necessary.

I rang Pat about a loose and a slipped tile on my blind cousins roof. He was extremely helpful on the phone and met me at her house and completed the work within the hour! He was very pleasant and friendly, and I've booked him for further work on her roof in October as well as my parents booking him. I highly recommend Pat, an honest man who does a fantastic clean job!
