Pat arrived promptly, listened to me, and then got straight on with trying to locate the leak in the roof. He even went above and beyond and sent me pictures highlighting a few other problems left by a shoddy workman. He is a quick and efficient worker and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend, thank you.

After suffering the theft of my lead flashing on my extension I found Pat on my builder. Pat provided a fast and friendly service, came out on a saturday and did a quote for me, very knowledgeable and came up with an alternative to the lead flashing which was on the roof previously, gave me a quote with a good price and booked me in for the following tuesday. Really good communication, he contacted me to confirm that he would be arriving both on the day he did the quote and the day that he carried out the work. The new flasging looks really good and a very neat job was done, I would highly recommend Pat.

Pat came round on a Saturday. Quoted £140 initially which was above my price range. It was then lowered to £110 following this to 'do the lot' which was fit 3 chimney caps (I had provided one). It took about hour and a half -2 hours to get 2 more caps, and about 15 minutes to actually fit them. At the time of completion I was out walking and had told my wife to pay him £110 cash. She did so, but then got a knock at the door asking for another £30 which she did give him... Apparently the new caps were not included in the price of the 'do the lot' . Apparently getting the materials was a good will gesture, but I've never heard of a company charging to collect materials for a job. Feels like we were taken advantage of as it was my wife at home not me. I certainly wouldn't have paid £110 for 15 minutes work.
