Patrick carried out a very efficient assessment by asking me to video inside the loft area and take pictures outside. He explained that once up on the roof he could further the assessment. He gave a quote to ‘overhaul whole roof’. Work was done in a very timely manner- communication was excellent with plan agreed carried out ! Patrick +2 appeared to work safely supporting one another throughout. Job completed as planned ! Thumbs up ! Thanks Patrick ! Friendly polite lads !

PB Roofing went on to replace all the gutters and a leaking garage roof promptly and cleaned up after themselves each day. The drive had to wait until a tree had stopped shredding petals. This was also completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with all the work. They were polite and friendly at all times and have gone to do further work for a neighbour.

PB builders came across as very personable and trustworthy. We wanted our wooden barge boards replaced, we were persuaded to go for plastic ones. These were fitted. The results looked ok from the ground and stupidly we paid up in cash. A couple of days later we noticed that there was a gap between the roof and the replacements and that the flashing tape had not been made good as was damaged in places. I phoned on a few occasions and 2 visit to do the repair were hampered by the weather. I messaged again after winter. After a visit with an inspection to be told that I would gave to pay £300 for some fancy tape to be stuck on to 2 gable ends. Not impressed with all of the chasing up I have had to do plus up-selling of fancy flashing tape. The tape that had been down had been fine for at least 23 years. Not impressed!

Competitive pricing and managed to fit me in at short notice. A job well done, really happy with the roof, and friendly workmen who went above and beyond to help me achieve the finished goal! Would 100% use again Thanks Beth
