Jake was very professional and polite. He called me an hour before to confirm exact time of arrival.Jake delivered a thoroughly professional service from start to finish, keeping me informed at all times on what he was going to do prior to doing it. The job was completed to high standard and he charged a reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend Jake and would use him again if needed.

Jake was at the property within an hour or so of contacting me. He did the job immediately and was contentious about getting it done properly. He worked late into the evening to complete the work to a good standard. He was very efficient. I would use him again and recommend him :)
