    Install a new open/shut gas valve for a gas fireplace

    Leak above stairs / shower

    Jake came over to investigate the leak of my shower which I suspected was coming from multiple possible sources. Carried this out very methodically and efficiently. Due to the water damage, I was insisting to open up the celling as access to drains and shower pipes was difficult. Jakes recommendations saved me allot of time and expense and he deemed it to be more likely a problem with defective grout and seals based on the flow of the leaks which recommended I should try and resolve first and advised how much work a tiler would have to do. I have since had that repaired from another (mybuilder) tradesman and I have no further problems. This was very honest of him as avoided unnecessary works. Very polite and customer focussed. very reasonable callout charges. I would have no doubt recommending him.

    Bathroom Taps are all leaking

    Jake very efficiently replaced old dripping taps and helpfully suggested the right replacements. Am pleased with the job he did for me and would call on his services again as he was knowledgeable and happy to talk/explain in answer to my questions.
